Skelly Dolma is a global business executive with 18 years of experience helping companies discover, hire, and retain top engineering talent. With her career at the intersection of people, technology, and business, she has been helping clients develop products and accomplish large scale engineering transformations. Her previous business development and sales experience includes content management, enterprise search, digital marketing, software as a service (SaaS), information technology solutions and innovation services.

Her passion is delivering client solutions by aligning dedicated teams of effective engineering talent with business needs and opportunities. She specializes in working with high tech companies who need such talent to grow and to build innovative products of the future. Understanding clients, innovating ideas, nurturing teams and connecting people motivates her.

She received her Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi. After which, she went on to earn a diploma from The National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) in New Delhi. Her global work experience includes a stint as a radio show host for All India Radio. Her international sales experience includes working for the CIE Group in India and Design Trends, a boutique firm in Bangkok, Thailand.

Based in Atlanta, GA, she has lived and worked in The USA, India, and Thailand. She is fluent in four languages and has elementary proficiency in Thai.
